Modern Slavery Policy

Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking Modern slavery is a term used to encompass slavery, servitude, forced and compulsory labour, bonded and child labour and human trafficking. Human trafficking is where a person arranges or facilitates the travel of another person with a view to that person being exploited. Modern slavery is a crime and a violation of fundamental human rights.

This statement is made pursuant to section 54(1) of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and constitutes Insight Advantage’s modern slavery and human trafficking statement for the financial year ending 31 August 2020.

Insight Advantage Ltd is committed to ensuring that all our employees, workers and suppliers are treated fairly, their human rights are respected and is committed to ensuring modern slavery does not exist in its supply chains. 

Insight Advantage Ltd operates in the market research sector and, as such, its supply chain for its main business operation is relatively straightforward. 

All staff and suppliers are required to comply with our commitment, and we have a zero-tolerance approach to non-compliance. We are committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business dealings and relationships, and to implementing and enforcing controls to ensure modern slavery is not taking place anywhere in our own business or any of our supply chains.
